Our vision is to push the boundaries of dementia care and strive for continual improvement through innovation. We will create a community within our local community, bring the outside in if those in our care that are no longer able to go out. Justine Brown
I have decided not to talk about my knowledge, experience and qualifications in care. Instead, who I am as a person as there is so much more to an individual than a qualification, same as someone living with dementia, they are so much more than a medical diagnosis. I am fun, honest and mostly passionate, I can promise that there will be no stone left unturned to ensure we are enabling someone we care for to feel love and happiness and live a life full of choice.
Danielle Evans
Hi, I’m Danielle and I am the Deputy Manager of Worcester Lodge. I have worked within the care industry for 15 years. I started off as a care assistant and have worked my way up over the years. I have gained my knowledge not only doing the practical side of care but have also done my NVQ 2, NVQ 3 and then my NVQ 5. I am very passionate about supporting people with Dementia, and I love to promote the best care possible. I love my dog and she is my world! My family are also very important to me, and I see them all as much as I can.
