Making a difference to someone’s day is an enriching experience both for the residents and for the staff members. It can be as seemingly immaterial as setting the tables for dinner or polishing the brass together, taking a trip to the garden centre, or going to the beach for an ice cream. Within the boundaries of acceptable risk, we will always strive to create positive and meaningful experiences. In order to gain a greater understanding of every individual, we collate life stories from both the resident and their family members. We can then specifically create our extensive wellbeing activity program, enabling our team to make that difference everyday and enhance the quality of life for everyone in our care.
